I’m happy to share with you some frames from 101%, an important project directed by Serena Corvaglia (@serenacorvaglia). The short film tackles current themes like emotional education and fragility in the age of social media.
At the heart of the story is Riccardo (@andreaa_arru), a fragile and insecure teenager who struggles to form relationships in the real world. Following his friends’ advice, he turns to an app called Hit Me Cupid to find his first love. With the help of an algorithm, played by @daniele.davi, Riccardo hopes to solve his problems, but soon realizes that no app can replace genuine relationships. True strength and courage come only from real-life connections, especially with the person he loves: Sofia (@sosoyaqui).
In parallel, we follow Teresa (@giuliadelellis103), Riccardo’s sister, played by Giulia De Lellis, who is trapped in a toxic relationship and struggles to break free. The two siblings will face their challenges together, supporting each other along the way.
101% delicately explores the emotional and social struggles many young people face today, enriched by the powerful soundtrack from Géolier (@geolier), adding even more depth to the story.
I hope these images convey the essence and sensitivity of our work.
